Soybean oil (also known as Soy bean oil and Soya oil) has many health benefits to the body. There are few allergic reports to soy protein, but consuming soybean oil is commonly safe since there is little level of soy protein. Replace the cooking oil with soybean oil to get rid the effects of bad fats to your health. Soybean oil is better stored at room temperature and dark place to keep it lasts for months. Put in refrigerator if you want to keep it longer. You will not lose the good fats when cooked properly.
